Methods To Quit Smoking

I have been seeing more and more companies offer no smoking incentives to employees, so I wanted to know what your company may have offered and if it was successful.

Ive recently started smoking and i want to know if it stops your period from coming?

I’ve tried talking to them and telling them that they will get lung cancer but they won;t listen, they are convinced that smoking weed is better for you than drinking alcohol, they think that a bad liver is worse than bad lungs i don’t know how to get through to them please help

I think i’m looking for some inspiration to quit smoking. I’m smoking for 15 years now and i really forgot how it was feel what i was a non smoker..

I quit smoking on Sunday night at 10pm. Today is Thursday, 4 am (I work night shift) I have not been having the dreaded nictoine withdrawl symptoms as I feared…then it hit me. Is the nicotine still in my system? And how long does it take before it gets out? I heard it was about 3 days that it took to get completely out?

What I’m looking for are references on what are your probabilities to develop different form of cancer 10, 15 or 20 years after you’ve stopped smoking… Thanks
