Methods To Quit Smoking

I had a bone graft put in 6 months ago. Yesterday they put the metal post into the gums. How long should I quit smoking/vaporizing weed?

I have given up ciggarettes and i barely drink but i cannot seem to stop myself smoking when offered by someone else.

Also, i hang out with stoners and my all my friends smoke. I want to quit but its so hard when all your friends smoke and lately ive felt like the only reason we hang out is cuz the weed brings us together. And it seems like now i have no common things with them anymore and maybe were just friends cuz we like to smoke. I kind of want to cut ties with them cuz i want to quit but their my friends. I need some advice.

Something hit me (not literally lol) and I want to quit smoking weed and ciggarettes. And, I really want to stick with it. Can anyone give me pointers on how to keep saying no?

I know- I can’t, right? But we’re really good friends, and he hasn’t been smoking for long. I know it’s bad for you, messes up your mind and stuff. What I don’t need is people telling me that pot’s OK- please just answer the question. I really care about him, but he’d probably laugh it off if I said it that way.
