me and my man are very broke and we both smoke a pack or more a day… and we both just decided to quit? but since we are quiting due to being broke and not havin the money to pay for them.;what can we do that is cheap as hell to help us?

I started on step 2 because i don’t smoke that much although I have been smoking for about 10 years. I feel awful. I couldn’t sleep and had tons of bad dreams. I am hot and shaky and nauseous. I have used the patch before but didn’t feel like this. Is this normal?

I am trying to quit, but I don’t have any support, (I’m not proud of it, so I don’t announce it) I have eliminated the place where I smoke the most (for now anyway). Does anybody have any ideas?

I mean if you cut out almost all smoking (1-2 cigarettes a day) and gradually build up the nicotine withdrawal (1/2 gum or more) ?

I take a few puffs here and there but I was used to smoking about a pack a day. I’ve gained weight, I experience insomnia, fatigue, depression, my stomach feels unsettled and I feel nauseous often after I eat. Are these normal symptoms?

Also, i hang out with stoners and my all my friends smoke. I want to quit but its so hard when all your friends smoke and lately ive felt like the only reason we hang out is cuz the weed brings us together. And it seems like now i have no common things with them anymore and maybe were just friends cuz we like to smoke. I kind of want to cut ties with them cuz i want to quit but their my friends. I need some advice.
