Methods To Quit Smoking

i dont think those nicorrette things work. why don’t they invent like a pill you take to make you lose your smoking cravings and make you quit?

I dont plan to get pregnant anytime soon, but im wondering, if it will effect being able to concieve a child, lower the chances, if i wasnt to quit at all.

I have not had a cigarette in 7 days. My intentions are to finally quit for good. I have been eating everything that has not run from me for the last week and can feel my size 7 frame starting to explode.
I can only assume that since I am no longer spending my time smoking that now I am trying to fill that time with eating. Anyone else out there experience this and if so how did you manage these cravings?

I started on step 2 because i don’t smoke that much although I have been smoking for about 10 years. I feel awful. I couldn’t sleep and had tons of bad dreams. I am hot and shaky and nauseous. I have used the patch before but didn’t feel like this. Is this normal?

I have a 46 year old brother that needs to quit now due to serious health issues. At birth he was born with a condition called highlands membrane disease and is even listed in the Guinness book of records to be the only person to survive this illness, can anyone tell me from there own experience the method that worked for them to kick this habit please.

That head rush I used to get from smoking is totally gone now. How long do I have to go without smoking for it to come back?
