Methods To Quit Smoking

Well i’m 14, and my friend is trying to get me to smoke and i told her to get me one cos i really want to try one and look cool at school lol, but is it really as hard as ppl make out to quit once your addicted?

I have been smoking for 14 years I smoke a pack a day. I would love to stop before I try to get pregnant. The thing is I don’t want to do the work it takes to stop. It seems to hard to quit. Anyone who has tried the hypnosis please answer or anyone who has successfully quit.

if you are an smoker, do you really think that the government by raising taxes on cigarettes or by putting those nasty pictures of mouths with cancer or damaged lungs in your cigarettes packages will make you quit smoking? Do you think those tactics are effective?

For years I have asked her to quit smoking. My aunt smoked and got lung cancer and passed away a few years ago. Sometimes I worry that she won’t be around for my prom, or my high graduation, or my wedding. I really need advice, please.

My friend is really concerned about his looks, but yet he still smokes. I want him to stop but he doesn’t see the point in stopping.
If anyone can provide a link to a really shocking image of the effects of smoking, then I’ll set it as his homepage because he won’t have a clue how to change it back and it’ll remind him every day of why he should stop. Thanks!

My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I really want to quit smoking badly, but it seems impossible. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have been smoking for 15 years. I have tried quitting cold turkey and clearly that didn’t work. I am afraid of the patches because I have heard horror stories about them and the gum tastes nasty. Please help!!
