BUT, the mental addiction will last forever…so u gotta have strong willpower…

I’m down to 3 cigs a day, I know that there is a risk involved with the IV anesthesia if I don’t stop before I go there. How long before I get them extracted should I completely stop? can I use nicotine gum? & when? I’m allergic to the patches.

I quit smoking 8 years ago with the help of hypnosis. Pretty cool. Best $100 I’ve ever spent. Never felt any cravings for food or cigaretts.

I just quit last night and with a combination of my medications and cravings, I’m going crazy. It’s been 13.5 hours so far.

I have started working out really hardcore and I want to start running again, but I just quit 2 days ago and still feel severe pain in my chest. I know I need to give it awhile but how long can you predict?
