Can I still I’m smoke free for one year when January rolls around? I got really drunk and angry one night about 7 months after I quit and decided I wanted to smoke. I lit the cigarette up, tried to inhale it just once, felt like crap, and threw it out. Does that count as smoking? My bf said he didn’t even really see me inhale it. I felt so guilty about it. I have ZERO desire to smoke anymore.

I smoked a pack a day for 26 years (1.5 packs for about 6 months prior to quitting) and am still coughing. Am I just being impatient or does it take this long for the lungs to clear up?

Stopped 4 days ago was on 30 a day.I am not wanting a smoke i just feel like crap.Sore head and throat,not sleeping etc any one who has stopped know how long this usually lasts for?

I Cant stop it and cant figure out a reason, most of the people i associate also smoke, I want to stop it. Do i have to stop it by reducing the amount of fags for a day, or can I stop it at once? plz help me on this
