I no this is wrong and yes i should of given up while pregnant but couldn’t as i found it a de stress divice while dealing with my 3 other children. My baby is now 4 mths old and i have not had a ciggarette 4 4 days. But in the last 4 days my baby has been an absolute nightmare from the perfect child to none stop nightmare. Is it possible for my baby to be going through withdrawals to.. Please help.
help please i need to quit smoking, ive tried gum and ptches but had no sucess!ive been smoking about 16 years now and i really dont enjoy it. any sugestions please xxxxx

I have tried a few times with patches, chewing gum etc to no avail. I have little or no will power but really do want to give up. Has anyone tried Zyban, does it work and did you have any of the nasty side effects??
My daughter was adopted and the last thing she made me promise her was that I’d give up smoking so as she and I could meet up again when she was 16. I so far have attempted to do so about 6 times without success as I still smoke. She will be 16 in 14 months and I dearly want to do this for both her sake and my own, especially as I have bronchial asthma. Any ideas?
i want to hear how others gave up smoking and i can’t have patches or gum or any of that as i am pregnant
