How To Avoid Weight Gain Once You Have Quit Smoking?
I don’t know that I can maintain both my weight and not smoking at the same time. But, I don’t want to gain very much as an adverse side effect, either. Suggestions? Thank you.

I have not had a cigarette in 7 days. My intentions are to finally quit for good. I have been eating everything that has not run from me for the last week and can feel my size 7 frame starting to explode.
I can only assume that since I am no longer spending my time smoking that now I am trying to fill that time with eating. Anyone else out there experience this and if so how did you manage these cravings?
I don’t smoke, nor tend to start, but I was in a college discussion, smokers gain weight when they stop a fellow classmate stated, why?? Do they lose weight when they start??
It will almost be a year since I quit smoking cigs. I quit cold turkey when I became pregnant. Obviously, I gained weight b/c of the pregnancy, but could it also be b/c I quit smoking?
