I am in the process of trying to quit and would love any extra help or tips you could give me from any past experiences. I do not want to do it with drugs from the doc, thanks in advance!

I grave ciggiretts all day long. I get up and need one, I even wake up in middle of the night to smoke. Sometimes I will smoke two packs in two hours. There will even be times when I am caughing my lungs out and I will still put a ciggirett in my mouth while I am caughing. What is the best treatment option.

My fiance and i smoke but he does more than i do. I know that i could quit if i wasn’t around someone who smoked (i only smoke 1-3 cigarettes a day) and lately he’s cut back to around 6 a day, but we don’t have much money right now and i was wondering if there are any habits or anything out there that doesn’t cost much that could help him quit completely? I’ve heard chewing gum helps, anything else? He hasn’t tried any patches or gum, but any advice on what works the best?
