Is There A Point After You Quit Smoking When You Completely Stop Craving? Or Is It Always Tempting?
I haven’t been smoking long- 5 months. I wouldn’t say I was addicted, but I still get daily cravings. Do non-smokers ever stop getting cravings?

I just quit last night and with a combination of my medications and cravings, I’m going crazy. It’s been 13.5 hours so far.
I have started working out really hardcore and I want to start running again, but I just quit 2 days ago and still feel severe pain in my chest. I know I need to give it awhile but how long can you predict?
My son had a drug test 1 month ago and has to have another this week. This will be 30 days. Can it stay in your system longer than that even if you haven’t been smoking it for 30 days?
I quit about 3 weeks ago and have only been socially smoking (so maybe once a week)
Believe me this a huge cut down from what I used to smoke. I could go through about 15 in a day…
The think is I still have really bad athsma despite cutting down hugely.
Any ideas why and what I can do to help it?
(inhalers seem to make it slightly worse for some reason btw – suffered with it all my life)
Thanks
Hi, im in college and i have been smoking weed regularly for about four years now. Since i have entered college it has become a more frequent daily thing. I’m really starting to notice an inability to pay attention or think like i used to. Is there anyone who was in my situation who stopped and truly noticed a difference in mental function afterwards? Is it possible to be as productive and “smart” while on weed, is it a matter of motivation or just what i’m doing to my head? I would prefer people with experience and nothing patronizing.
