Methods To Quit Smoking

I have always said that I would stop when they got to be over $5.00, well I pay at least $6.00 in some places and I have not stopped. What do I do? Any suggestions?

I want to quit smoking but so far I have failed many times. I have tried the patch, which makes me break out, the gum, which did nothing at all and cold turkey which drove me crazy.
So I could use some advice.

I would like anyone to show the way to quit smoking.

I have smoked ( just cigarettes) for almost 16 yrs now. I would love to stop but haven’t really tried yet. What is the way that would be easiest? I really don’t want to spend a whole lot of money though!

I’ve tried talking to them and telling them that they will get lung cancer but they won;t listen, they are convinced that smoking weed is better for you than drinking alcohol, they think that a bad liver is worse than bad lungs i don’t know how to get through to them please help
