I am 19 year old and have been smoking since I was 16. I’ve tried quitting a handful of times but have failed. What is the best way you used to quit?

how best can i encorouge my bf to stop smoking pot when he is convinced it is not bad 4 him and regardless, nothing bad will happen to him and he refuses to listen to reason.

I have smoked since I was 15. I am now 28 and keep trying to quit with no success. I smoke with the patches on, the gum is nasty. I have heard about this drug Chantiz. Does it work? How much will it run a person without insurance? I desperately want to quit I just need a magic pill that causes me to wake up and forget I ever smoked. LOL Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am female and smoked for many years. I am noticing that my voice is getting course and “froggy.” Is there anyone that smoked that had this problem and quit smoking, and your voice went back to normal? This is especially for the females are males that know of a female. Thanks.
