I’m 14 years old and my dad has been smoking since before i was born. i want him to stop really bad but no matter what i do i cant get him to stop. i was just wondering what i should do? =[

The first wk was great on the patches apart from the crazy dreams the first few days but now I feel tired & unmotivated to do anything and feeling anxious. Although I don’t want to smoke I just want to know if it’s the quitting smoking thing or some other problem that could b the cause of the anxiousness
he only smoked like 1 carton. he said that he was reducing from 3 a day to 1 a day. I found out from his car. he broke them and threw them away, but doesn’t meen he quit. he can always buy more. how do I help. im still young, not even old enough to buy smokes leagally, but hes 18.
