I smoke 1-3 cigarettes a day. I’m deciding to stop because I heard that if you smoke it can make it hard for you to lose weight even if you exercise 5 days a week. Is this true?
I have been smoking weed for 10 years. I am concerned about my health. Any type how to stop successfully?
I realize that God does not want us to “empty” our minds and be open to whatever, but if I have a therapist that i trust, isn’t this better than continuing with this addiction that I can’t seem to break? It has worked for so many people. I am a little confused. How can this turn out bad for me if I quit smoking? I HAVE tried prayer, but I guess I’m just weak and need to take more steps. Do you think this is ok?
My family watched my father-in-law die of cancer from smoking. It was a saddest thing I have ever seen, and my kids were forever impressed by it to avoid smoking and become sort of anti-smoking advocates. Do you think seeing something like that would make you stop smoking?
