I have done it since I was 18 (I am 21 now) and loved it/ still love it but I want to quit. It makes me lazy and unmotivated, hungry & I know I can be doing a lot more productive things with my time other than being stoned/ looking for pot. I have a ton of homework from college & am taking EMT classes- it messes with my memory which is the worst side effect. Any tips??

I have friends in Ontario who were chain smokers, and they quit without cravings the same day they got the stop smoking laser treatment. Is there a stop smoking laser clinic in Abbotsford BC, Canada?

I haven’t been smoking long- 5 months. I wouldn’t say I was addicted, but I still get daily cravings. Do non-smokers ever stop getting cravings?

He just spent the night in the hospital and he is only 34! I want to be supportive but firm because he is having major heart problems. He almost had a stroke. I understand he is under a lot of stress, and he wants a cig more now than ever (even though he is trying to quit) Any suggestions?

i dont think those nicorrette things work. why don’t they invent like a pill you take to make you lose your smoking cravings and make you quit?
