http://stopsmoking.eu.pn/ is a new approach on quitting. The site is designed for everyone who seriously wants to stop smoking, and it’s free.
“It doesn’t matter if you are a five a day teenager, or a one hundred a day pensioner, male or female, or if this is your first or fiftieth attempt at stopping – if you really want to stop smoking then this is the site for you.”

I’m currently planning to give it up and I know it won’t be easy–especially since I don’t want to gain weight. So my plan was to switch from regular cigs to “no additive added” ones(I don’t know if that works). Next, I am planning on getting me an elliptical trainer–so that I can exercise while I watch the news in the evening(the time when I smoke most). I’ve quit twice before and have to say that it is pretty hard to do so–especially if you go cold turkey. I’ve tried the Chantix which only messed my guts up and I’ve tried a anti depressant which I didn’t tolerate–so it’s gonna be cold turkey and with tons of exercise until I got a grip on it. I’ve already told myself that if I fail this time that there won’t be a next time…..good luck

Cold turkey:It will not be easy, it takes 28 days to change a habit.
It starts off the time between the urge to smoke get longer but more intense until 18th day when you will be over the worst. good luck
