Is It Normal To Feel Nauseous After Eating When You Are Trying To Stop Smoking?
I take a few puffs here and there but I was used to smoking about a pack a day. I’ve gained weight, I experience insomnia, fatigue, depression, my stomach feels unsettled and I feel nauseous often after I eat. Are these normal symptoms?

I don’t know… sorry. But I’m still glad you are quitting! If they are normal symptoms, then they will lessen as time goes on. Start exercising for the weight gain. That will help with the other symptoms too, I bet. HANG IN THERE!!

Our bodies experience strange sensations when quitting an addiction, such as smoking. I’m fairly certain these symtoms are correlated with you quitting your addiction.
Are you also eating more?
Regardless, I would suggest exercise/more exercise because of the release of seretonin in the brain. Healthier foods. Cut out naps if you take them. Get on a good sleep schedule.
I feel as you’re withdrawing cigs you may be doing other things that can cause these symptoms. Fix those things, then consider the symptoms.

Absolutley, When my mum quit smoking, she felt awful for about 6 weeks, If it gets worst see a doctor. Good on you for quitting and Good Luck!
