I have always said that I would stop when they got to be over $5.00, well I pay at least $6.00 in some places and I have not stopped. What do I do? Any suggestions?

Its really all in the head. I smoked for about 3 years.i also said i would stop smoking when it got to $5.00 a pack. but kept buying some. Til one day a buddy and i both said, “this is our last pack” if you have a friend that smokes, and too wants to quit, it would make it a lot easier for you. its like a buddy system.
i know its very hard to quit. You get used to it. Like smoking while driving, or after a meal, or simply because your bored.
You just have to train yourself to think, I Dont Need One Right Now. keep that up and you will find yourself never needing one again.

$6.00 that is crazy!!! I was a smoker for many years and always hated how they taxed cigarettes. Recently i started using electronic cigarettes. They are definitely purchase that i am happy with. they cost about 60 buck but they pay for themselves in the first month. You can smoke these anywhere and you won’t stink like cigarettes anymore. Isn’t that alone worth getting something better than cigarettes? check these out

Therapy has proven to be successful. Also you could try Legit cigarettes which are a lot cheaper. Lastly you could turn to god for help.
