Something hit me (not literally lol) and I want to quit smoking weed and ciggarettes. And, I really want to stick with it. Can anyone give me pointers on how to keep saying no?

What I did was tell everyone that I smoked with along with people that knew that I smoked that I was going to quit. They supported me in my effort and every time I had the urge to smoke I felt that I would let, not only myself, but them down as well. I didn’t want my peers to think that I lacked the will power to stop smoking. I am also a man of my word…didn’t want that reputation tainted as well. Been ciggarette/weed free since 2005. Now if I could just kick this CRACK habbit! J/K! LOL!

Just simply & easily say “naw, that’s alright, i’m not in the mood for it” then go make a bag of microwave popcorn (no butter)! It’s fat free and like eating air and will distract you from the weed & smokes. Besides, most people smoke out of boredom and what better way to cure boredom than to keep busy munching on popcorn!

hmm well i made my friend quit weed simply by telling him what his mother and father would think of him if they saw him smoking weed and that made him quit but a good way is to say no and every time u have the need for weed just chew something tasty and i suggest u tell your parents that you did weed but you wanna quit and they might help

Just refuse to have them. Think of all the negative things about them. Before you smoke them, you were OK, in other words, you didn’t need them to survive. After having them, do they make you smarter or jump higher?
