What Are The Other Side Affects Of Using Nicabate Patches To Quit Smoking?
The first wk was great on the patches apart from the crazy dreams the first few days but now I feel tired & unmotivated to do anything and feeling anxious. Although I don’t want to smoke I just want to know if it’s the quitting smoking thing or some other problem that could b the cause of the anxiousness

Yes anxiety is part of the withdrawal symptoms when you quit smoking. It is known that for the first three hours of not smoking, smokers begin to experience symptoms of anxiety, sadness and difficulty concentrating. Unfortunately for individuals who are attempting to quit, the first four hours is only the beginning and they can expect symptoms to worsen and increase in intensity after a day without receiving nicotine in their system. Other withdrawal symptoms many suffer from include restlessness, fatigue, dizziness, irritability and heavy perspiration. Some people may also experience diarrhea, constipation and headaches.
