		<description>You can not make a person do anything, it is called free will. You can not control another person&#039;s actions.
 What you can do is communicate to them your feelings and concerns. You can support them and encourage them to stop, provide for them information about cessation techniques and be there as a supportive person.</description>

		<description>I think it has to be a willing step and they must be very motivated.  It has to be their decision.  If you do not now or have never smoked you just can&#039;t know the agony quitting is.
I don&#039;t think you can &#039;convince&#039; them to quit.  I believe it has to come from them and their decision.  You can support them when they are quitting.  You just cannot force anyone to quit   It is very very difficult.</description>
